What you need when it’s time to get pregnant

Your lifestyle, diet, environmental factors, genetic variation, and most importantly, the increased nutritional demands following fertilization and during early pregnancy, can lead to a shortage in the micronutrients that are critical for your reproductive health/fertility and the growth and development of your baby.

You and your partner might consider using Impryl if you:
- are looking to conceive naturally and want to optimize your preconception nutrition to support fertility
- have high homocysteine

How to use Impryl
Before pregnancy
Impryl should ideally be used by both women and men for at least 90 days (3 bottles) before attempting to conceive, and then up until a confirmed pregnancy. This idealized interval is suggested because it takes more than 65 days for a complete cycle of spermatogenesis (sperm production) and even longer for folliculogenesis/ovulation (egg production). If you cannot take Impryl for 90 days, you should take it for as long as your personal situation will allow.
After a confirmed pregnancy
Once you or your partner’s pregnancy is confirmed, you can either discontinue Impryl or continue to take Impryl and a traditional prenatal vitamin on alternating days.
